A 'huge army, ideologized and governed, by a mysterious and very powerful entity.

Determined to enslave , manipulate and conquer the galaxy.

As Pilot Ray A U.R.E. soldier, with his mecha, Phoneix-5.

He is tasked to eliminate all Hokurun life forms.

And liberate the colonized planet.
